Applications

For a single micro inverter setup, the cable runs from the VMI unit direct to a 230VAC wall socket, giving a straightforward connection for balcony or plug-in solar systems. In a daisy-chained arrangement it forms the last link between the final inverter and the AC bus connection point, with earlier units joined by Betteri AC branch connector cables sold separately. The rubber sheath suits rooftop and wall-mounted runs exposed to weather.

Installation and safety notes

This cable carries mains AC voltage in operation, so connections should only be made by someone competent in electrical work. It is not intended for indoor use without adequate ventilation, and must not be modified, extended, or loaded beyond its rated current. UK grid-connected microinverter systems must meet G98 requirements.
