Shipping policy

This policy covers delivery for the whole LED & Solar range, including LED lighting and solar, off grid and battery power products formerly sold under the Ledison and Voltacon names.

UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is worked out from what is actually in your basket rather than a flat fee, so a box of downlights does not pay pallet money, and the exact figure appears at checkout before you pay. Starting prices run from £3.99 for cable, connectors and small parts up to £125.00 for complete off-grid and storage systems, and the full breakdown by category is on our delivery information page. Courier deliveries take 3 to 5 working days to most mainland UK addresses and pallet deliveries typically take 2 to 5 working days. Small and standard-sized items go out by courier. Larger or heavier items, including pallet-sized solar and power equipment, are sent by pallet freight. Once your order is processed and ready to leave the warehouse, the freight company will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time and date.

Collection

You can collect your order from our Coventry site at Unit 5B Paragon Way, Exhall, Coventry CV7 9QS. Select 'Collect From Store' at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

Remote Areas

Our checkout cannot always calculate accurate shipping costs for every UK postcode. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands, Grampian, Northern Ireland and other offshore or remote locations may cost more than the amount shown at checkout. If this applies to your order, a member of our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra charge. Each of these shipments is assessed individually. International Delivery

We ship to a number of overseas and European destinations. For smaller orders the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. For larger orders you may be offered a request-a-quote option, and we will get back to you to discuss the cost. If your country does not appear in the checkout, contact us as we may still be able to arrange delivery.

Any customs charges, import duty or local taxes due on an international order are your responsibility. We have no way of calculating these in advance, as they depend on the import rules of the destination country.
