Product Description

The Solis 5G Pro 100kW is a transformerless three-phase grid-tied solar inverter built for commercial and industrial PV installations. It runs at up to 98.7% maximum efficiency (98.3% EU efficiency), using 6 or 8 MPPT trackers to handle up to 16 string inputs across large, high-density arrays.

Night SVG lets the inverter supply reactive power compensation to the grid outside solar generation hours, which matters on sites with grid operator power factor requirements. AFCI arc fault protection and PID recovery are available as optional functions.

Why the 36A string current and 150% DC ratio matter

A 36A maximum string input current suits current high-output bifacial modules, which often produce string currents above 20A in real conditions. The 150% DC overloading allowance means a larger PV array can be connected against the inverter's AC rating, improving how much of the inverter's capacity gets used across the day.

Installation notes
