11kW Off-Grid Solar Kit 15kWh Battery | Conversol MAX II

A complete 11kW off-grid solar power kit for remote homes, farms, workshops, commercial premises and Type 2 EV charging stations. The system runs fully independently from the grid, combining 15kWh of Pylontech US5000 battery storage with 10 x JA Solar 450W panels for power day and night. Grid or generator connection is supported as an optional backup charging source where available.

Product overview

The system operates independently from the national grid. Solar energy powers connected loads directly, and surplus charges the batteries for use at night or in poor weather. When battery charge runs low and solar generation is insufficient, an optional grid or generator connection tops up the batteries without disrupting supply.

Grid connection, where used, is passive. The system only draws power to top up the batteries, typically overnight during low-tariff periods. It does not export electricity back to the grid, so there is no need for export licences or DNO approval.

Applications

Suited to remote homes and properties without a reliable grid connection, farms and agricultural buildings, workshops and commercial premises off the grid, and Type 2 EV charging stations in off-grid locations. Also fits sites that want solar as the primary source with generator backup.

Installation notes
