Product Description

The Atlas LED Street Light is a 240W fitting built around Nichia LED chips rated at 160lm/watt, giving a luminous flux of 34800lm. It mounts to poles or walls, making it suited to roads, car parks and other areas needing wide, even coverage.

Led street light construction

The heatsink is made from a magnesium alloy with large fins to help dissipate heat, and this alloy improves on the fitting's IP65 protection rating. The surface finish uses electrophoresis and TGIC powder paint, giving a non-corrosive finish suitable for all weather conditions, including salty coastal air.

Optic lens

Each high-power chip carries its own lens with micro magnify toughness glass, spreading light evenly across the target area. On motorways and large car parks this helps remove shadows and dark patches between lighting points.

Installation

Four mounting kits are available, covering square poles, round poles, walls and direct mounting on poles up to 70mm diameter. Between them they cover most common street lighting applications without extra adaptors.

Certification and warranty

The fitting is RoHS compliant, CE and UL certified, and carries a 5 year warranty.
