The Victron RS485 to USB interface cable gives a direct serial link between RS485-equipped Victron devices and a PC or laptop. Installers use it to configure, monitor or update firmware on compatible Victron equipment without a native RS485 port on the computer.

Installation notes

Connect the RS485 end to the port on the Victron device and the USB end to the computer. Depending on the operating system, USB drivers may need installing before the interface is recognised. Make sure the Victron device is in a safe state before connecting or disconnecting communication cables during a live installation.
