Product Description

This is the Victron Energy replacement plug rated at 16A/250Vac in a 2-pole/3-wire configuration, made to mate with Victron's 16A shore power inlets. It suits marine, off-grid and mobile installations that need a secure shore power connection.

Victron shore power plug key features

  • Rated current, 16A continuous at 250Vac for single-phase AC shore power connections.
  • Configuration, 2-pole/3-wire (2p/3w), carrying live, neutral and earth conductors.
  • Fit, designed to mate with Victron Energy 16A power inlets.
  • Weight, 0.34 kg.
  • Brand, genuine Victron Energy component for consistent quality and compatibility within Victron shore power systems.

Applications

Used for shore power connections on narrowboats, canal boats and leisure craft, and on marine vessels drawing AC supply from a marina or pontoon via Victron inlets. It also suits off-grid cabins and mobile installations built around Victron shore power inlet systems. As a spare part, it replaces a damaged or worn plug on an existing Victron 16A installation.

Compatibility note

This is not a universal shore power plug. It is intended specifically for the corresponding Victron 16A inlet, so check the inlet model before ordering.

What's in the box

  • 1 x Victron Energy 16A/250Vac 2p/3w plug

Installation notes

Wiring must be carried out by a qualified electrician, with correct termination of live, neutral and earth conductors. Marine installations should follow applicable marine electrical standards. Isolate the supply circuit before connecting or disconnecting the plug, and do not use it with inlets or systems it is not rated or designed for.
