The Victron Lithium NG Service Tool USB-C is a dedicated configuration and diagnostic interface for Victron Lithium NG batteries. It connects a laptop or PC directly to the battery management system, letting installers read status data, adjust settings and carry out firmware updates. It is intended for professional use during commissioning and servicing of Victron ng batteries.

Product overview
This tool is built specifically for Victron's Lithium NG battery range. Without it, direct communication with the Lithium NG BMS from a standard PC is not possible. The USB-C interface suits most modern laptops without an adapter.
It works alongside Victron's PC software to access the full range of BMS parameters. It is not a general-purpose Victron interface, and it is not compatible with other Victron ranges such as SmartLithium or standard VE.Bus devices. Installers working on Lithium NG batteries should keep this in their commissioning kit.

Installation notes
This tool is for use by qualified battery and electrical technicians. Work on lithium battery systems should only be carried out by trained personnel aware of the associated risks.
