The Victron Lithium SuperPack 25.6V/200Ah NG is a self-contained lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery built for off-grid, marine and mobile power systems. The battery management system sits inside the case, so there's no need for separate BMS hardware. Usable energy comes to 5,120Wh, making it suited to installations that call for a single high-capacity 24V battery.

Product overview

Unlike Victron's Smart Lithium range, the SuperPack NG carries its BMS fully internally and works as a standalone unit. There's no external BMS to wire, no VE.Bus BMS to configure, no separate battery protect device needed for basic protection. That makes it a straightforward option for 24V installations in narrowboats, motorhomes, off-grid cabins and backup power setups.

LiFePO4 chemistry runs more thermally stable than other lithium types, useful in enclosed or mobile installs with limited temperature management. The flat discharge curve keeps voltage close to rated across most of the state of charge, which suits inverters and other voltage-sensitive loads. Under fault conditions the integrated BMS disconnects the battery, protecting it and whatever it's connected to.

Two or more units can share the same 24V bus in parallel. Any charger or inverter/charger connected must be set to LiFePO4 charge parameters rather than lead-acid profiles.

Applications

Fits 24V off-grid solar storage in cabins and remote sites, marine house battery banks on narrowboats and boats, motorhome and campervan lithium upgrades, compact backup power, and mobile or vehicle power systems where weight matters.

Installation notes

Fit by a qualified electrician or system integrator experienced with lithium batteries. Set all connected chargers, inverter/chargers and solar charge controllers to LiFePO4 profiles before commissioning. Do not connect in series. Check fusing and cabling are rated for the battery's maximum discharge current. Marine installs should follow relevant BMEA or RYA wiring guidance. Not suitable for grid-connected systems.
