Product overview

VE.Direct is Victron's point-to-point serial protocol used to pass data between devices such as MPPT charge controllers, BMV battery monitors, Phoenix inverters and colour control displays. This is the shortest cable in the VE.Direct range, meant for two devices mounted directly alongside one another where a longer cable would only create slack.

The right angle end suits a device mounted flush against a wall, inside a cabinet, or on a DIN rail, where a straight-exit cable would either not fit or would put strain on the port. Keeping the exit at 90 degrees holds the cable profile low and avoids bending stress at the connector body.
