Victron MultiPlus 24/5000/120-100 Inverter Charger 230V | PMP245021010

The Victron MultiPlus 24/5000/120-100 combines an inverter and a battery charger in one unit, built for 24V battery banks in off-grid, backup and marine or vehicle systems. It supplies 5000VA of continuous inverter output at 230V, backed by a 120A charger for fast recharging when shore power or a generator is available.

Configuration and monitoring

The unit is configured through Victron's VEConfigure software, with settings for charge profiles, input current limits and relays. Up to six MultiPlus units can be wired together over VE.Bus for higher capacity or split-phase and three-phase arrangements. Connected to a Cerbo GX or similar device, the MultiPlus can be monitored and adjusted remotely through the VRM portal.

PowerAssist on generator systems

When a generator is running near its rated output, PowerAssist draws extra power from the battery to cover load peaks. This avoids generator overload without needing a larger generator, useful where generator size and fuel use are limited.
