Microwave Motion Sensor LED Driver 18W IP20 | Hytronik HEC6018

The Hytronik HEC6018 combines a microwave motion sensor and a constant current LED driver in a single casing, rated to power LED arrays and light fittings up to 18 watts. The output runs at 500mA, and a built-in daylight sensor is wired ahead of the motion sensor so the fitting only switches on when it is actually needed.

Applications

Hytronik designed this driver for office spaces, meeting rooms and classrooms, where motion hold-time and a stand-by period can be set to suit occupancy patterns. The daylight threshold and detection area are both adjustable, so the same driver can be tuned to different rooms.

Timing and standby control

Two selectable waiting periods are available: motion hold-time and a stand-by period. This lets an installer set how long the light stays at full output after movement stops, and how it dims down before switching off completely.

Dimensions

The sensor/driver measures 119 x 53 x 26mm, a slim and compact shape that fits inside most light fixtures and LED fittings.
