Hytronik IP65 Enclosure Box for Microwave Sensors | 135mm

An IP65 enclosure box designed for installing Hytronik microwave sensors outdoors. It gives you a safe, weatherproof way to fit a sensor where it will face rain, dust or damp conditions.

The box is made from transparent polycarbonate, which lets the built-in daylight sensor on the microwave unit keep working normally once enclosed. That means the sensor can still respond to ambient light levels as intended, even mounted inside the box.

Applications

Suited to environments with high humidity or exposure to the weather, where a microwave sensor would otherwise be at risk. Any standard LED light can be controlled independently once paired with a microwave sensor housed in this box.

Sensor compatibility

The microwave sensor itself is not included. Hytronik's HC008S and HC009S are commonly used with this enclosure. The two differ mainly in detection range: the HC009S detects movement from 1m up to 12 metres.
