Product Description

A compact 24V power supply built for LED strip lighting and low voltage LED bulbs. Rated at 36W, the Glacial driver suits LED strips up to 5 metres long, including 6w-7.2w strips where an overrated supply is recommended for reliable operation.

24v power supply features

  • Output, 24V DC, constant voltage design (CV mode)
  • AC input, universal range 90~264VAC
  • No load consumption, under 0.5W at 230VAC
  • Protections, over current protection (OCP) and short circuit protection (SCP)
  • Operating temperature, -10°C to 40°C at full load
  • Enclosure, fully isolated plastic case with screw terminals, Class 2 power supply unit

Applications

Fits short runs of LED strip lighting from a few centimetres up to 5 metres, and any 24V LED circuit within that range. The screw terminal design means no special connectors or crimping tools are needed on site, which speeds up installation on strip runs and low voltage bulb circuits alike.

Build

The plastic enclosure houses the circuitry with overvoltage and short circuit protection built in as standard, despite the driver's small footprint.
