The EasySolar-II 48/6000/100-50 MPPT 250/100 GX is an all-in-one solar inverter charger from Victron Energy. It combines a 6.5 kVA inverter, a 100 A MPPT solar charge controller, a 50 A AC charger and the GX monitoring platform in a single wall-mounted unit. System integration

Because the inverter, MPPT controller, AC charger and GX device sit in one enclosure, there is no need to wire a separate CCGX or Cerbo GX. VRM remote monitoring works out of the box over Ethernet, or with an optional Wi-Fi dongle. The unit also supports generator auto-start via the GX interface and integrates with Venus OS and DVCC for managed lithium battery setups. A transfer switch handles changeover between grid, generator and inverter modes.

Configuration and charging

The 50 A AC charger has a configurable current limit, useful when charging from a generator with restricted output. PowerAssist lets the inverter add battery power on top of a limited AC input, so a smaller generator can carry a larger load without tripping. The MPPT controller tracks maximum power point continuously across the 250 V/100 A input range without derating.
