Product Description

This mounting kit lets you fit solar panels to balconies, fences and high-rise facades with an adjustable tilt of 15 to 30 degrees, so you can set the panel angle for better solar yield. It's made from 6005-T5 anodised aluminium alloy with 304 stainless steel fixings, built for coastal and other corrosive environments.

Key features of this solar panel mounting kit

  • Tilt range, adjustable from 15 to 30 degrees
  • Frame material, 6005-T5 anodised aluminium alloy
  • Fixings, 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance
  • Environment, suitable for coastal and other corrosive locations
  • Panel compatibility, fits 60-cell and 72-cell panels from 200W to 600W
  • Structure compatibility, fits metal railings and standard balcony structures

Product overview

The bracket system uses standardised components sized to fit most commonly sized balconies, with adjustable supports for fine-tuning the panel angle once mounted. The anodised aluminium profile resists oxidation and UV degradation, an advantage over galvanised or painted steel brackets in exposed outdoor settings.

The clamp design is compatible with metal railings and, in most configurations, allows fixing without drilling into the balcony structure, keeping installation manageable for residential projects. No specialist tools are needed.

Applications

  • Balcony solar PV installations on apartments and houses
  • Fence-mounted panels for gardens or perimeter installations
  • High-rise and coastal installations needing corrosion-resistant hardware
  • Micro-inverter and plug-in solar systems on balconies

Installation and safety notes

Check that the balcony or fence structure can support the combined weight of the panel, mounting kit and wind loading before fitting. Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. In the UK, grid-connected balcony solar systems must comply with G98 or G99 requirements and building regulations.
