Product Description

The Glacial 200W LED driver is a constant voltage power supply for 24V LED strip lighting, built into a sealed IP67 metal enclosure for use in damp, dusty or vibration-heavy environments. The aluminium housing is potted with heat-conducted silicone, combining two cooling methods to keep the driver stable under load.

Applications

Suited to LED strip lighting and moving sign displays, particularly installations exposed to dust, oil, humidity or vibration. Free air convection cooling means no fan is needed, which keeps the unit quiet and reduces points of failure.

Build and cooling

The aluminium body is potted with heat-conducted silicone rather than left as an open PCB. This, paired with the metal housing, spreads heat away from the internal components and supports continuous running without derating in the stated temperature range.
