Hytronik HEM-02 Universal Emergency LED Driver & Battery Pack

The Hytronik HEM-02 is an emergency LED driver and battery module that converts a wide range of LED luminaires and arrays for emergency operation. It fits into the low voltage connection between the mains LED driver and the LEDs, letting the fitting run as normal under mains healthy conditions and drop to reduced output if the mains supply fails.

LED emergency lighting conversion

The driver automatically adjusts its output current to match the battery to the connected load, balancing illumination against battery duration. It works with a wide range of LED types, including Philips Fortimo DLM, SLM and LLM ranges, Bridgelux LS/ES/RS ranges, Citizen 4-41W ranges, GE Infusion and Xicato, alongside many other common LED arrays.

Applications

This module suits installers converting standard mains LED fittings, such as tubes, 2D lamps and LED arrays, into maintained emergency luminaires without replacing the existing driver setup. It is fitted inline between the mains driver and the LED load, and switches over automatically on mains failure.
