Product overview

Victron Energy makes two CAN-bus BMS cable types to suit different BMS manufacturers. Type A and Type B differ in their RJ45 pinout assignments, and fitting the wrong type will stop the BMS talking to the Victron system. The cable terminates in RJ45 connectors and carries CAN-bus communication between the VE.Can interface on Victron devices, such as the MultiPlus-II, Quattro, or a compatible GX device, and the battery BMS.
