Product overview

VE.Direct is Victron's point-to-point serial protocol used across much of its product range. This cable carries data only, not charging power, between a VE.Direct device and an interface such as a VE.Direct to USB adapter, a Color Control GX, or a Raspberry Pi running Venus OS.

The right angle end is useful where a device sits flush against a panel or inside a cabinet, and a straight plug would force a sharp bend or stop the enclosure closing. At 10 metres it suits larger layouts such as off-grid cabins, marine vessels or commercial battery rooms where equipment is spread out.

Installation notes
