Product Description

Helukabel Hikra-Sol 4mm² solar PV cable, supplied on a 100m drum in black for negative conductor identification. It is double insulated and carries TUV and IEC certification, manufactured in Germany. Suited to residential, commercial and off-grid photovoltaic wiring.

Applications

Used in DC string wiring for solar arrays, from small residential rooftop systems through to commercial and off-grid installations. The black insulation is intended for the negative run, typically paired with a red or matching positive cable in the same installation.

Installation notes

Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with IET Wiring Regulations. Cable must be correctly rated for the system's maximum voltage, short-circuit current and ambient temperature before use.
