Product Description

Helukabel 35mm² solar PV cable in black, sold per metre. It's double insulated and TUV certified, manufactured in Germany, and built for high current applications where thinner cable would cause too much voltage drop.

Key features

  • Cross-section, 35mm², suited to very high current and long distance PV runs
  • Colour, black outer insulation
  • Construction, double insulated
  • Certification, TUV certified
  • Origin, manufactured in Germany by Helukabel
  • Sold per metre

Applications

This cable suits main DC runs in large commercial and utility-scale PV systems, and high current connections between string combiner boxes and inverters. It also works well on long distance runs where minimising voltage drop matters.

Installation and safety

Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. The cable must be correctly rated for the system's maximum voltage, short-circuit current, and ambient installation temperature.
