Product Description

This RS232 (RJ45) to USB cable links Voltronic-based off-grid inverters to a Solar Assistant monitoring controller through the inverter's RS232 port. It measures 2 metres and uses an original FTDI chip for reliable communication between the inverter and the controller.

Compatible inverter brands

Works with Voltacon, Axpert, Kodak, Mecer, MPP Solar, Phocos, RCT, Full Circle Solar, The Sun Pays and other Voltronic-based inverters.

Installation notes

Connect one end to the RS232 port on the inverter and the other to a USB port on the Solar Assistant controller. If your system has more than two inverters, add a USB hub to the Orange Pi so there are enough USB ports for each cable.
