Solar Panel Mounting Kit for Corrugated Roofs | Easy Plan CRF

A per-module mounting kit for fitting solar panels directly onto corrugated fibre cement roofing sheets. The Easy Plan CRF system fixes an aluminium rail to the roof using hanger bolts and mounting plates, avoiding the need for separate roof penetration brackets. It also works on plastic, metal and ceramic tile roofs, and is available for orders of 1 to 20 modules.

Product overview

Corrugated fibre cement is common on agricultural buildings, industrial units and older commercial properties. The hanger bolt passes through the crest of the corrugated sheet and into the purlin beneath it, with a flanged waterproof washer sealing the penetration point. The aluminium rail then clips onto the mounting plate with T-bolts and flanged nuts, and the panel is clamped to the rail using mid and end clamps.

Installation notes

Fit by a qualified solar installer. Hanger bolts must be fixed into sound, load-bearing purlins or structural members, with roof structure integrity checked beforehand. All penetrations must be sealed correctly to prevent water ingress, and bolts must not be fixed into the corrugated sheet alone without a purlin below.
