Product overview

LiFePO4 chemistry does not undergo thermal runaway under normal fault conditions, which is why it suits enclosed spaces such as boats, vehicles and battery rooms. Its flat discharge curve keeps voltage consistent through most of the discharge cycle, helping inverter efficiency and load performance.

At 300Ah, one unit covers medium-to-large off-grid loads without the need to manage multiple parallel batteries. The BMS handles cell-level protection on its own, though any connected charger or inverter/charger still needs its charge parameters set to the LiFePO4 profile Victron specifies. Installation notes
