Product Description

The UOTEK UT-8801 is a USB to RS232 converter cable used for programming Voltacon off-grid solar inverters and for communication with lithium batteries such as Pylontech, Pytes and Dyness. It connects a USB port on a modern PC to RS232 equipment that has no native USB interface.

Applications

Install the driver for your operating system before connecting the cable. Check the inverter or battery manufacturer's communication guide for the correct RS232 pinout and baud rate before use.
