Product Description

This pre-wired three phase AC protection enclosure suits 10kW and 15kW solar inverters. It protects the inverter AC output with a built-in surge protection device and isolates consumer loads from the PV installation. An Eastron V2 three phase energy meter is fitted for import and export measurement. Voltacon technicians pre-wire each unit in the UK before it ships.

Three phase AC protection enclosure features

  • Pre-wired enclosure, assembled and wired by Voltacon technicians in the UK.
  • Inverter compatibility, suitable for 10kW and 15kW three phase solar inverters.
  • Surge protection, an integrated surge protection device guards the inverter AC output.
  • Energy meter, Eastron V2 three phase energy meter included for import and export readings.
  • Load isolation, isolates consumer loads from the solar PV installation.

Applications

Fitted on the AC output of three phase solar inverters in commercial and residential PV systems, where surge protection and metering are needed in one enclosure.

Installation and safety notes

Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with IET Wiring Regulations BS7671. G99 notification and DNO approval are required before connecting any three phase inverter to the grid.
