A 150cm (1514mm) T8 LED tube from Ledison that dims smoothly from 10% up to 100% without flicker, giving 2530lm at 22W. Brightness is controlled with standard dimmer switches, and an external LED driver is included in the box.

Dimming methods supported

The tube is dimmed using an external driver supplied with the tube, and Voltacon offers three widely used methods: AC Triac dimming with trailing edge dimmer switches such as Varilight, Lutron or Osram; a 1-10V or resistive potentiometer signal via a pair of control cables; and DALI control for digital addressable dimming with diagnosis of lamp state. Applications

Suited to retrofitting existing T8 fittings and battens where dimming control is wanted without flicker, buzzing or RF interference. The driver is compact and fits into most standard tube fixtures.

Compatible dimmer switches

Works with AC Triac leading/trailing edge switches from ranges such as Varilight V-Pro, V-Com and Eclique2, along with other 1-10V dimmers or resistive potentiometers on the market.
