The Ledison T8 LED Dimmable Tube measures 90cm (909mm) and draws 12 Watt, giving a luminous flux of 1150lm. It dims smoothly from 10% up to 100% with no flicker, controlled by an external LED driver supplied in the box.

Dimmer compatibility

The tube works with AC Triac mains dimmers using trailing edge switching, needing no extra wiring beyond the driver connection. Tested compatible switches include Varilight, Lutron and Osram. It also supports 1-10V and resistive potentiometer control, and DALI control is available through compatible external drivers.

Applications

Suited to retrofitting existing T8 fittings in offices, retail units and homes where dimmable lighting control is wanted from standard wall switches rather than a full DALI installation. The source notes dimmable tubes can save up to 90% over non-dimmable equivalents when run at reduced output.
