Product Description

Helukabel 10mm² flexible solar PV cable, supplied as a pair, one red and one black core, per 10 metres. The cable is double insulated and TUV certified, built for photovoltaic installations where high voltage and long cable runs demand a larger cross-section to keep resistive losses down. Maximum system voltage is 1500V DC.

Applications

This cable suits large commercial and utility-scale PV installations, long DC runs between panel strings and inverters or combiner boxes, and high voltage 1500V DC solar systems.

Ordering longer runs

Order multiple units to build up longer lengths. Five units, for example, gives 50m of red and 50m of black.

Installation and safety notes

Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Cable selection needs to account for maximum system voltage, short-circuit current, ambient temperature and installation method.
