Solar Panel Mounting Rail 400mm | Metal & Flat Roof Aluminium

This 400mm aluminium mounting rail fixes solar panels directly to corrugated, trapezoidal and flat metal roofs. It uses a rail-free design, so each unit attaches straight to the roof structure rather than running along a continuous rail. That keeps the component count down and simplifies installation. The rail works with any standard solar panel frame size and is sold individually.

Applications

Suited to solar panel mounting on metal roof surfaces where a continuous rail system isn't required, including flat metal roof installations. Aluminium construction keeps each rail light enough to position and handle on site without extra lifting equipment.

Installation notes

Fixing point spacing and load distribution need to be worked out for the specific panel size and roof structure being used. EPDM pads should sit at every fixing point to keep the roof waterproof. Fitting should be done by a qualified solar installer.
