Product overview

The Orion-Tr Smart non-isolated range uses a synchronous buck converter. Because input and output share a common ground, it runs more efficiently than isolated equivalents and generates less heat under continuous load. It is not suitable for installations that require galvanic isolation, such as certain marine shore-power setups.

The built-in Bluetooth module connects straight to VictronConnect without a separate dongle. Installers can set the charge profile, configure the engine detection threshold, and monitor voltage and current in real time. Two-wire BMS control is supported for lithium systems, letting a compatible BMS disable charging when needed.
