Solar Panel Triangle Mounting Kit for Flat Roofs & Ground | Voltacon

This aluminium triangle frame mounting kit secures solar panels on flat roofs and on the ground, using a universal clamping system that works with all standard solar panels. It suits tiles, sandwich panels, wooden beams, concrete and steel surfaces, and is available for orders of 1 to 20 modules.

Flat roof solar panel mounting kit features

• Material, EN AW-6060 aluminium alloy with thermal treatment (EN 573-3 and EN 755-2), 4mm wall thickness on rails and triangle brackets
• Fasteners, Stainless steel A2 (DIN ISO 4759/1, DIN 267/2), with A4 stainless steel available on request for aggressive environments
• Snow load, 1kN per m2, rated for altitudes under 1,000m
• Wind load, Compliant with Eurocode, maximum height 22m, Type II exposure
• Warranty, 15-year manufacturing warranty
• Panel fit, Length up to 240cm, width up to 125cm, frame thickness 30mm or 35mm

How the triangle frame works

The brackets set panels at the angle needed for the site's latitude, and row spacing is adjusted so each row avoids shadowing the one behind it. No drilling or cutting is required during installation, and ground installations need no foundation: concrete ballast blocks (not included) hold the frames in place. Compatible with monocrystalline and polycrystalline modules.

Installation notes

Fitting should be carried out by a qualified solar installer. Flat roof installations need a structural assessment to confirm the roof can carry the combined weight of frames, ballast and panels. Ground installations need concrete ballast blocks sized correctly for the wind zone; these are not included and must be sourced separately.
