Installation notes
This inverter runs at 12V DC and draws high DC currents at full load, so correct cable sizing and fusing on the DC side is essential to avoid voltage drop and fire risk. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician familiar with DC power systems. Any integration into a fixed electrical installation must comply with BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations). The VE.Direct port is for monitoring and control only, it does not carry power. Keep the unit ventilated so the thermal protection can operate correctly.
