Product Description

A heavy-duty steel enclosure built to house up to 6 Pylontech US5000 lithium batteries, giving 29kWh of storage capacity when fully loaded. Rated IP65, it can be installed indoors or outdoors without needing a separate equipment room or weather cover, making it a practical option for sites with limited indoor space.

Applications

This enclosure suits residential installations where indoor space isn't available, as well as commercial and light industrial energy storage projects. It's also a fit for off-grid systems that need a large outdoor battery bank, and for any Pylontech US5000 installation that requires a weatherproof housing.

Installation and safety notes

Battery installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Ventilation, cable sizing, fusing and earthing should follow IET Wiring Regulations along with Pylontech's own installation guidance. The enclosure needs to sit on a level, stable surface able to bear the full loaded weight.
