Pylontech Pelio-Kit-G Ground Mount Kit for Pelio-L-5.12

The Pylontech Pelio-Kit-G is the official ground mount installation kit for the Pelio-L-5.12 low-voltage battery module. It supplies the hardware and cables needed to floor-mount up to four Pelio modules in a stable vertical stack, with a maximum supported weight of 200kg.

Pylontech cable kit contents

• Mounting base, 1x PELIO mounting base
• Stability hardware, 2x anti-tipping brackets and 2x handle baffles
• Power cables, 2.5m positive and 2.5m negative, 4AWG
• Communication cables, 2.5m RS485 RJ45 and 2.5m CAN RJ45, plus a 1.5m LINK cable for stacking
• Grounding cable, 2.0m, 6AWG
• Fixings and covers, M8x60 expansion screws, TSP120-R waterproof covers, RJ45 terminals, power terminal covers, module top covers, Wi-Fi block, wiring brackets and assorted screws

Designed specifically for Pylontech Pelio-L-5.12 LV battery modules. Supports stacks of up to four modules, with a combined weight limit of 200kg.

Installation notes

Fit the kit on a level, solid floor able to bear the full loaded weight of the stack. Follow the Pylontech Pelio-L installation guide for the correct stacking sequence, cable routing and torque values. All electrical connections should be carried out by a qualified installer.
