Product Description

This 5kWh 48V lithium ion battery module expands storage capacity on Voltacon ESS 5.5kW, 10kW and 15kW all-in-one home energy systems, and on compatible off grid inverters. Add one module and total storage increases by 5kWh, using the same communication and power connections as the base system. Cables are included, so the module fits into an existing setup without extra wiring to source.

Applications

Fitted to Voltacon ESS home energy storage systems where extra capacity is needed beyond the base unit, or added to compatible off grid solar inverters to build out a larger battery bank over time.

Installation notes

Battery installation and system commissioning should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Connections must comply with IET Wiring Regulations and the relevant inverter manufacturer's installation manual.
