Product Description

The Leoch LW51.2 is a 51.2V LiFePO4 battery with 5.12kWh of usable energy and 100Ah capacity, built for hybrid and off-grid solar systems. Active cell balancing keeps every cell working evenly, and the built-in BMS tracks voltage, current and temperature throughout operation. The IP65 enclosure allows wall mounting indoors or outdoors.

Cycle life and operating range

Leoch rates the LW51.2 for over 4000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, with a design life of over 15 years. Charging is supported from 0°C to +60°C, and discharging from -20°C to +60°C. Up to 15 units can be wired in parallel to build a larger battery bank.

Inverter compatibility

The LW51.2 has been tested with a range of 48V hybrid and off-grid inverters, including Voltacon, Solis, Growatt, GoodWe, SMA, Victron, Deye, LuxPowerTek, INVT, Sunsynk, Schneider Electric, SRNE and Sorotec. Check your specific inverter model and firmware with your installer before purchase.

Installation notes

Fit the battery in a suitable wall-mounted location and follow the Leoch installation guide for parallel wiring sequence, fusing and BMS protocol settings. Connections must be made by a qualified installer, and inverter BMS communication compatibility should be confirmed before commissioning.
