Glacial

Glacial make the LED drivers that sit behind a fitting or a run of strip, and picking the right one is mostly about answering two questions: constant current or constant voltage, and how wet is it going to get.

Constant voltage drivers at 12V and 24V power LED strip, where the strip itself limits the current. Constant current drivers run fixed-current fittings such as panels and downlights, and are specified by their output range in milliamps rather than by wattage alone. The range runs from 33W to 400W, rated IP67, so it can be used outdoors or in a damp void.

There are DALI dimmable models in the range as well, for anything that needs to be controlled from a lighting system rather than a wall dimmer.
