A pre-terminated 1 metre solar cable from Victron Energy with MC4-compatible connectors, male at one end and female at the other. It's built for short interconnections between panels, combiners or junction points in a photovoltaic system, and works straight out of the box with no field crimping needed.

Applications

Installation notes

Solar PV wiring should be carried out by a qualified electrician or MCS-accredited installer to BS 7671 and applicable local regulations. MC4 connectors must only be mated or de-mated with the correct tools; never disconnect live MC4 connectors by hand. Check the cable rating against the maximum short-circuit current of the PV string before fitting. Grid-connected systems may require G98 or G99 notification depending on system size.
