A pack of five Victron MEGA-fuse units rated 40A at 80V DC, sized for DC circuit protection in 12V, 24V and 48V battery systems. The MEGA-fuse format is a cylindrical cartridge fuse, larger than a standard automotive fuse, used where inverters, chargers and battery interconnects need dependable protection.

Applications

Installation and safety

Fit into a compatible MEGA-fuseholder rated for the same voltage and current. Match the fuse rating to the circuit design and wire gauge, and never exceed the 80V DC rating. If a fuse blows repeatedly, check the circuit for a fault rather than fitting a higher-rated fuse in its place. Keeping spares on site means a fault can be cleared without downtime.
