Configuration and monitoring

Charge algorithms are user-programmable via the VictronConnect app using the optional VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle, since this BlueSolar model has no Bluetooth built in. The VE.Direct port connects to Victron GX devices or the MPPT Control display for monitoring and data logging.

Installation notes

Fit by a qualified electrician or accredited solar installer. PV input must never exceed 150V open-circuit, including cold-start Voc. Set the battery voltage correctly before connecting PV, and match lithium charge profiles to the battery manufacturer's requirements. The VE.Direct port carries signal only, not power. G98 or G99 notification requirements apply where this forms part of a grid-connected or hybrid system.
