The Victron MultiPlus-II 24/3000/70-32 230V GX combines a 3000VA inverter, a 70A battery charger and a transfer switch in one unit built around a 24V battery bank. An integrated GX device handles system monitoring and control, so there's no need for a separate Cerbo GX or Color Control panel alongside it.

Product overview

The MultiPlus-II GX series puts a full GX controller inside the MultiPlus-II enclosure, cutting down on wiring and panel space where monitoring is needed. DVCC lets the unit coordinate charging across multiple sources and talk directly to compatible BMS units on lithium battery systems.

The 70A charger suits a sizeable battery bank, and its adaptive algorithm adjusts charge parameters as the battery's behaviour changes over time. The 32A AC input limit can be configured down for generators with restricted output, while PowerAssist lets the inverter top up generator or grid power at peak demand so a smaller AC source can be used without tripping an overload.

Output is true sine wave, suited to sensitive loads such as motor-driven equipment and medical devices. The unit also supports Victron VE.Bus for parallel and three-phase configurations, and connects to the Victron VRM portal over Ethernet or Wi-Fi via the GX platform.
