Victron SmartSolar MPPT 250/100-Tr VE.Can Bluetooth LCD (SCC125110412)
The SmartSolar MPPT 250/100-Tr VE.Can is a professional-grade solar charge controller engineered for high-voltage PV arrays and demanding battery storage systems. Designed for efficiency, stability and advanced system integration, it delivers fast, accurate charging while maximising every available watt from your solar panels.
Using ultra-fast MPPT tracking, the controller constantly adapts to changing solar conditions, ensuring optimal energy conversion throughout the day. It is capable of charging batteries that are deeply discharged and can operate even when battery voltage drops to extremely low levels, provided the cells remain healthy.
High Voltage PV and Powerful Battery Charging
This model supports photovoltaic arrays with an open-circuit voltage of up to 250V and automatically detects 12V, 24V or 48V battery banks. With a charging current of up to 100A, it is ideally suited for large off-grid, hybrid and commercial energy storage systems where fast recharge times are critical.
Charge parameters are fully configurable, allowing precise optimisation for lead-acid, AGM, GEL and lithium battery chemistries.
Smart Connectivity and System Control
Integrated Bluetooth enables direct access via the VictronConnect app, giving instant visibility of PV input, battery status, charging current and historical performance. Configuration and fine-tuning can be carried out wirelessly, simplifying commissioning and maintenance.
When paired with a GX monitoring device, the system can be monitored remotely through the Victron Remote Management portal. This provides full system oversight from anywhere in the world and supports professional fleet and site management.
VE.Can Networking for Scalable Systems
The VE.Can interface allows multiple SmartSolar VE.Can chargers to be linked together using simple RJ45 connections. All connected units synchronise their charging stages and communicate as a single coordinated system, making expansion straightforward and reliable.
Display and External Control Options
A VE.Direct port is included for local monitoring or specialist applications such as lighting control. The remote on off input allows integration with external devices, including lithium battery management systems. An optional plug-in LCD display provides real-time data and configuration directly from the front of the charger.
