Delivery & Returns
The usual delivery time of on-line order is 24-48hours, subject to the availability of stock.
If your order is out of stock, the lead time of delivery will be 7-10 working days. This situation does not include a mandatory info to the client.
Bulk orders of LED Lights (up to 3,000pcs) can be delivered within 10-12 up to 30 working days (subject to the type of the LED product). This situation does include a mandatory info to the client.
However, we do keep stock in our warehouse for almost every LED product.

Payments by Bank Transfer, Purchase Orders or Cheques will NOT incure any processing costs.
Please note that all our LED products (except batteries - 3 year warranty) supplied come with a 5 year manufacturer warranty.
Cancellation Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases from us. If you change your mind after placing your order you can cancel at any time before the goods are despatched, regardless of the reason. There is no cost for cancelling your order before despatch.
After Delivery
We advise you check the products as soon as they are delivered so that any problems can be raised with the delivery drivers immediately. We also allow 14 days from the day following your delivery to let us know if you find you want to return your product(s) as long as they are unused.
Please Note - you are responsible for cost of returning unwanted/cancelled items to us and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us. Please take care of them and package them well.
RETURNS MATERIAL AUTHORISATION
If you want to return any of your items, please follow the instructions below:
An RMA (Returns Material Authorisation)number must be obtained prior to returning any goods by calling Customer Services on 02477 675 575 or by e-mail on sales@ledison-led-lights.co.uk .
If there is a problem with the product, you will need to provide a full fault / damage description when ringing / e-mailing for your RMA number.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outer transit packaging of your return. Do not write on or mark the product packaging.
Please, enclose a copy of your invoices, if possible.
You can return items at no cost and with no reasons within 14 days after delivery, provided they will be returned in the same condition as when receveid them.
If the items you want to return are damaged in transit on the way to you or they are faulty (14 or 30 days after the delivery) all the return shipping will be at Voltcon’s costs.
If you returned claimed faulty items and on our inspection they prove to be in good order, we will surcharge you a fixed fee of £30.00 for testing time, repackaging and reshipping.
If you want to return the items for any other reasons outside 30 days after the delivery (a restock and handling fee of 20% will apply on gross subtotal value of order), including for claims under warranty, all the return shipping will be at your costs.
Make sure the item is adequately protected to prevent any damage. Voltacon cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods returned without adequate protective packaging.
