IP65 PIR Motion Sensor 12m High Bay | Hytronik HC049S

The Hytronik HC049S is a PIR motion sensor built for automatic lighting control in commercial, industrial and high bay LED installations. It carries an IP65 rating, offers 360° motion detection and can be fitted at mounting heights up to 12 metres, making it suited to warehouses, factories, workshops and larger commercial spaces.

The sensor uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect movement and switches connected LED luminaires on automatically. Once movement stops, the lights switch off after a selected hold-time, cutting unnecessary running hours on connected fittings. An integrated daylight sensor stops the lights switching on when enough natural light is already present.

Where it's used

The HC049S suits high bay LED fittings and LED battens in warehouses, factories, workshops and other commercial premises where lighting does not need to run continuously. It mounts externally with an M20 threaded fitting onto compatible LED luminaires.
