This hybrid solar kit pairs a Solis S6 5kW single phase inverter with a 5.12kWh US5000 LiFePO4 battery and six JA Solar 450W N-Type bifacial panels, giving a 2.7kW PV array for UK homes and small commercial sites. The inverter and battery take up very little space and suit a garage, utility room, or plant room; the battery must be installed indoors or in a dry, sheltered location, as advised by your installer.

Installation

Professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended. Protection settings, commissioning and verification should follow local regulations and site requirements. As the inverter is rated above 3.68kW, a G99 application to your local network operator, or an approved export limitation setup, will be required before connection. Your installer can arrange this as part of the installation.
